Somone tested it with version 2.4.0, but to be safe, install the latest stable version http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/librsvg/2.11/librsvg-2.11.1.tar.gz and install. It should overwrite the files. Would have to restart the server once more to clear all SVG processing. There are a few HB files for testing.
