Sorry, I just assumed that the only uploaded images were the images currently in articles (I didn't know you had uploaded all the promotional photos that were released). I assume you're referring to the Caprica-Six image from Salvation (because I didn't see that image in any articles when I uploaded it)?
Sometimes if it's a lower-quality image, I'll try enhancing it (ala Gaeta's image) with a photoshop program, but unless its already a PNG I usually upload a new version because saving it as a JPG detoriates the image. Sometimes it's by brightening the color, sometimes it's by sharpening the image (sometimes when larger images are uploaded, and then they're shrunken in the article, the details get a little blurry because the image gets compressed).
