Alpha Shuttle is the designation of a Colonial shuttle from Galactica.

Apollo and Boomer use Alpha Shuttle to leave the freighter Gemini after being informed of the by a starving passenger that there are bureauticians who "luxuriate" aboard Rising Star.

After Apollo and Boomer board Rising Star to investigate these aforementioned claims, the shuttle continues on to Galactica in order to process the injured, including Cassiopeia and her new found protector, Starbuck ^{(TOS: "Saga of a Star World")}.

Notes

• Apollo also identifies this shuttle as Sigma Shuttle on approach to Rising Star. This is a gaffe since the shuttle has the exact same people as Alpha Shuttle who left Gemini, and Apollo states that Alpha Shuttle will rendezvous with Rising Star herself.
