Siress Tinia is a Quorum of Twelve Council Member following the exodus from the Twelve Colonies of Man.

Travelling the Empyrean Expanse

Circa 7348, Tinia is among the members of the Quorum to agree to the rapid, full-scale integration of the Okaati's Harvesters as booster engines for the civilian ships within the Fleet. She comments on Sire Geller's corporations being able to make profit again, as the Okaati's offer of restarting many of the Colonial's old industries would lead to "cubits [being] made" ((ComicsBattlestar Galactica Classic #3)).
