Plexico Amarcord is a client of Ha'la'tha interest that Joseph Adama defends at the behest of the Guatrau.
Amarcord's trial arraignment did not go as planned due to Adama's botched pay-off of the presiding judge, Maximus, and leads to Maximus chastisement and blackmail of Adama (CAP: "Reins of a Waterfall").
