Andreas Phaulkon is the leader of the government on the planet Tauron circa 58 BCH (42YR).
He is described on the Caprica Network as a "playboy dictator." Sam Adama supports the rebellion against Phaulkon's government by sending them both money and guns, believing that the Tauron establishment is corrupt and represents a repeat of the Tauron Civil War. A war that resulted in the deaths of his parents and the immigration of himself and his brother Joseph Adama to Caprica (CAP: "False Labor").
