Danle Rel discovers a tracking bug planted under Boomer's jacket collar (^{(Comics: Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 1 #2)}).

A tracking device is a piece of hardware meant to track persons or assets of interest for both, but not exclusively limited to, standard operations and espionage.
